When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Bheed Gnr8tr maintains a database of personal data for all User/Group profiles created on the Site(s). For Users looking to be introduced to work via Bheed, the following shall apply:
a) Bheed Gnr8tr shares relevant information (including user photos, contact details, and worker information) with hirers/crowd contractors and production companies.
b) When a User is confirmed on an engagement, Bheed Gnr8tr will share compliance information on a need basis with the Hirer.
c) On termination of a User’s registration with Bheed Gnr8tr, we will keep the User’s contact and compliance information for as long as required by law.

Bheed Gnr8tr data is stored on secure servers. Data is transmitted over a secure layer.
